Our client, Libraries NI are currently seeking to recruit a Building Supervisor to join their team in Ballymena
Pay rate is £13.21 per hour plus Holiday pay.
Hours of work is 28 hours per week.
Monday 12.30-20.15
Tuesday 12.30-17.45
Wednesday 9-14.15
Thursday 12.30-20.15
Friday 12.30-17.45
Job Duties:
To provide cleaning and non-cleaning services under the direction of the designated Line Manager or other Authorised Person and in accordance with the practices and procedures of the client.
Criteria:
- A minimum of one year’s experience working as Assistant Building Supervisor, Caretaker or similar role in a medium/large building * must be demonstrated on CV
- Previous responsibility for security of a building, opening/closing and key holder duties
- Knowledge of building cleaning methods and the use of electrical cleaning machinery e.g. floor polishing equipment * must be demonstrated on CV
- Awareness of health and safety legislation and practices e.g. COSHH and/or CLP regulations. * must be demonstrated on CV
- The ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
