Our client, Libraries NI are currently seeking to recruit a Building Supervisor to join their team in Enniskillen.

Pay rate is £12.52 per hour plus Holiday pay.

Hours of work is 25 hours per week.
Mon 8.30am-2pm
Tues 2.30pm-8pm
Wed 8.30am- 2pm
Thurs 8.30am-2pm
Fri 8.30am-2pm

Job Duties:

To provide cleaning and non-cleaning services under the direction of the designated Line Manager or other Authorised Person and in accordance with the practices and procedures of the client.

Criteria:

• Hold a valid Full Driving Licence
• A minimum of one year’s experience working as Assistant Building Supervisor, Caretaker or similar role in a medium/large building * must be demonstrated on CV
• Previous responsibility for security of a building, opening/closing and key holder duties
• Knowledge of building cleaning methods and the use of electrical cleaning machinery e.g. floor polishing equipment * must be demonstrated on CV
• Awareness of health and safety legislation and practices e.g. COSHH and/or CLP regulations. * must be demonstrated on CV
• The ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
