The Recruitment Co are looking for a Business Development Manager to join one of their clients based in the Warrington area.

Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 Per annum, dependant on experience

This role involves:
Develop and implement business strategies to penetrate the Mobility and E&E
sectors.

• Leverage our extensive recycled por@olio to meet the growing demand for
  sustainable materials in the automotive industry.
• Establish and maintain relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand product specifications and
  requirements.
• Identify opportunities for new business
• Provide technical support and solutions to clients, ensuring the suitability of our
  polymers for various applications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and
  threats.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, both internal and external.

  The ideal candidate will:
  – Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  – Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive or plastics industry.
  – Have an in-depth knowledge of the UK automotive sector.
  – Have a strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product specifications.
  – Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  – Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  – Be Willing to travel as required.
