Do you have Software or White collar experience?

Our Client is looking for a Business Development professional to Join their ever growing business in the software industry. you will be responsibility for the next phase of growth in the UK, Canada and North America.

As a new BDM you will focus on selling our software solutions to clients. You will use your experience and knowledge of solution sales and deliver a professional and consultative approach.

This role is very much a 360 sales role being responsible to thrive unaided and close your own sales, with support coming from the Senior Management team as and when required.

What you will be doing?

-Responding to new business opportunities (inbound and SDR generated leads)

-Seeking out new business opportunities (outbound lead generation)

-Presenting product demonstrations and conducting discovery calls.

-Attending in person meetings and collect detailed customer requirements.

-Having intelligent and informed conversations with our clients

-Providing trustworthy feedback internally and externally.

-Liaising with the implementation and technical teams.

-Writing high quality proposals and coordinating the proposal process, following standard procedures including planning and implementation.

-Coordinating with technical staff to develop the Scope of Works and realistic pricing estimates.

Experience and Skills

Candidates must possess the following skills and experience :

-Drive to deliver our strategy

-Confidence in meeting and negotiating with people at different levels in organisations.

-Proven solutions experience within a similar role in a consultative / bespoke business preferably in the IT or software arena.

-Strong communication and negotiation skills.

-Exceptional attention to detail.

-Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

-Strong time management and ability to prioritise own workload.

-Self-starter who works excellently without supervision.

-Clean driving license & willing to travel both nationally and internationally
