The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Call Handler for a busy law firm based in Gateshead.

Duties include but not limited to

Answering Calls in a friendly and helpful manner
Taking messages
Passing messages to relevant person
Booking Appointments

Previous Customer Service experience is an advantage.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (office based)
£21,000 per annum

This is a 3 month fixed term contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
