My client based in Stockton is looking for a Class 2 driver to join their team on a permanent basis, all customers are based locally and require no overnight stays.

The ideal candidate will be well experienced in this role and be looking to start in the next couple of weeks.

Drivers should hold a full UK driving licence, along with all other necessary driving qualifications for Class 2 vehicles.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Driving Class 2 vehicles across the North East and Yorkshire, delivering customer orders
• Manual lifting of products up to 25kg
• Liaising with the warehouse manager and loader to ensure correct item delivery
• Delivery of goods within a timely manner and in according with delivery instructions
• Checking goods off with customers, obtaining signatures on all necessary paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service, remaining professional at all times
• Looking after the vehicle, maintaining cleanliness inside of the cab, and ensuring it is not subject to unnecessary damage
• Reporting any accidents, and ensuring safe driving to keep accidents to a minimum
• Adhering to all company health and safety policies

Salary: £24k

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
