Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor with expertise in the distribution sector to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and support related to the distribution of our products. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for ensuring efficient and effective distribution processes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about orders, deliveries, and distribution-related concerns. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

  2. Order Processing: Efficiently process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.

  3. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, discrepancies, and delivery issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and warehouse teams, to address and prevent distribution-related problems.

  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the distribution processes involved. Be prepared to answer customer inquiries about product availability, features, and specifications.

  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and communication. Update and manage customer profiles and order histories in our CRM system.

  6. Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, including shipping updates and estimated delivery times. Proactively communicate any delays or issues that may affect the distribution process.

  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the distribution and customer service functions. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience.


  • Experience: Minimum of [X years] of customer service experience in the distribution or logistics sector.
