The Recruitment Co are currently looking for Customer Service Administators to join a busy, vibrant office in Hull.

You will be joining a friendly, growing team – this is a challenging and fast paced role with opportunities for career progression; the job exists immediately on a temporary to permanent basis for the successful candidate.

Hours:

37.5 hours between 8.30 – 4.30 across 7 days.

Pay:
£10.42ph

Admin based tasks, data entry, opening and scanning in mail.

You will be required to:

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Calling customers back to help resolve issues and outcomes to queries
• Dealing with customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner

You will have/be:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work flexible and approach to tasks and be able to suit the changing needs of the business
• Able to work as part of a team and off your own initiative
• Be reliable and have a positive attitude
