Customer Service Advisor Salary: £19,500- £22,500

Secretarial Admin hours: 8:30am-4:30pm/ 9am-5pm Monday to Friday:

Customer service advisor role and responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls and offer great customer service.
• Provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with customers.
• Provide accurate information to co-workers and management.
• Handle a variety of customer service queries
• Help support customers and provide account information
