Planner / Customer Services

Based in Birstall, WF17

Offering £10.57 per hour / £22,000 per annum – piad weekly, every Friday

Full time contract, Temp to Perm, typically temp for 12 week to then move onto perm contract

Our client is one of the UK’s leading utility service provider. They are looking for a Planner to join their existing team to service a key account and their customers – this will be a mixture of administration and customer services.

The Role:

You will be working as part of a dynamic, structured and multiskilled team within a fast-paced environment. Daily duties within this job role will include:

• Ensuring health and safety measures are adhered to when planning in works.
• Booking appointments with customers for plumbers to install water meters.
• Ensuring all relevant checks are made before sending a plumber to a customer’s property (e.g. Pets)
• Contacting customers daily for updates on any works they are affected by using the company CRM system (ICE)
• Time management to ensure all customer commitments are made.
• Liasing with plumbers and field technicians.
• Planning in works within strict time frames.
• Working with numerous computer systems.

The Person:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to work under pressure and to strict time limits
• An effective time manager to meet stringent timescales
• Able to demonstrate drive and ambition to deliver ‘World Class Customer Service.
• Must be Computer Literate
• Demonstrate an awareness of the business procedures
• Ability to act calmly and rationally in a stressful environment
• Flexibility to support the business needs
• An enthusiastic team player
• Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality

The Hours

• 40 per week, working between Mon-Fri, shifts between 07:30-19:00 with occasional weekends between 07:00-15:30
• Example shifts: 07:30-16:00 / 08:00-16:30 / 08:30-17:00 / 10:30-19:00

Pay Rate: £10.57 per hour / £22,000 per annum – paid weekly, every Friday
