Candidate experience / Qualifications

• Apprentice trained : ADVANTAGE
• Relevant Qualification in an Engineering field tailored to electrical : NEED
• Experience working with containment , large cables, & distribution equipment :
• Experience working on machinery : ADVANTAGE
• Repair, service & automation work : ADVANTAGE
• Testing / inspection
• Fibre optic connections : ADVANTAGE

Role requirements

• Working with a variety of different engineering functions – Installations, Technical services, LED lighting, Network & data, testing surveys & EV charging – There is training , and opportunities to have an insight into new areas within this role you are not expected to be an expert in all of the above, but at least one or two.
• Working within a variety of sectors ( Industrial, commercial & FMCG )
• Strong communication with customers
• Strong teamwork ethic
• The ability lead an active project
• To be able to follow health & safety regulation
• You may be required to travel for some tasks which will include expenses paid for hotel and food.
