We are currently recruiting for 3 x EO2  for our client based in Belfast City Centre . The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: 18th Sept
Rate of pay: £15.83ph
Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week
The contracted hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:

This role is to lead and support a team delivering Cost of Living Payments to customers across Great Britain, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with departmental policies and service standards.

Must have 6 to 12 months experience within the Cost-of-Living department.

  • Lead, motivate and develop team members to achieve business objectives.

  • Monitor performance, productivity and quality, providing coaching and feedback where required.

  • Manage workloads to meet operational targets.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and legislation.

  • Produce and analyse management information to identify issues and improve performance.

  • Promote a positive team culture focused on customer service and continuous improvement.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Effective communication and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.

  • Experience of working in a customer-focused operational environment.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Full training will be provided and lasts approximately 3 weeks and will be delivered in the office. Hybrid working will become available after the initial training period in line with the NICS hybrid working policy and subject to business need.

Essential Criteria applicants must have:
  • five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.
  • PLUS 2 A Levels or higher.

  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative.
  • Provide team leader quality
  • 12 months admin experience in an office environment
