An Accountancy, Tax and Financial Services practice requires an experienced financial administrator to support their back-office and a team of Financial Advisers

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client data and records with the utmost confidentiality.

Preparing and processing financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
Coordinating client appointments and managing schedules.
Assisting with client inquiries and requests.

Providing suitability reports.
Performing research, using analytic software.
Preparing client suitability letters.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous administrative experience, preferably in the financial industry.

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
