Senior Finance Executive Salary: £22-24000 depending on experience

Senior Finanxw Executive hours: Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week, between the hours of 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Finance Executive:

• Authorise and process supplier invoices for UK and overseas clients
• Liaison with suppliers with regards to financial matters
• Weekly Payment Runs
• Processing client receipts either by cheque, bacs or credit card
• The use of Sage 200
• Weekly and monthly bank reconciliation
• Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Check client invoices
• Create a profit report for each booking within each year, setting core data and costing template information
• Record actual receipts and payments against each relevant tour
• Support with the creation of individual tailor made quotations
