What you’ll be doing

• Create fresh business opportunities aligning with monthly activity targets.
• Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Effectively nurture and expand revenue streams from existing accounts.
• Establish and sustain a continuous pipeline of new business to meet sales targets.
• Formulate and execute an agreed regional sales strategy.
• Stay informed about electrical testing and facilities management markets, including our clients’ competitors within these sectors.

The ideal candidate

• Capable of acquiring and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ products and solutions to effectively represent them to customers and prospects.
• Need to have experience in Fire maintenance
• Self-motivated and driven, with the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in understanding the needs of customers and prospects, delivering formal presentations at both company and product levels.
• Demonstrates a successful and consistent track record of solution-based selling, with proven experience in closing new business.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the sales process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Experience in selling services to facilities, estates, maintenance, and procurement managers is advantageous.
• Adopts a professional and flexible approach with a commitment to quality.
• Good proficiency in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
