The Recruitment Co are looking for General Operatives to join a busy herb factory in Bourne.

This is a temporary position but ongoing for the foreseeable future.
You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment on a production line performing several different jobs such as sorting, weighing, and packing herbs for production. You will be required to stand for long periods of time.

No previous experience necessary but you must have:

• Own transport
• Good attention to detail
• Fast paced and methodical
• Committed to hit targets
• Speak and understand basic English

  Shift as a Production Operative:
  We have full and part time positions available and can be flexible on your working days.
  Day shift: 7am – 19:00pm (2 – 4 days per week)

  Pay rate as a Production Operative:
  Day shift – £11.44 per hour basic, and £14.30 per hour overtime after 40.25 hours per week.
