The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting Full-Time Granulation Operatives on behalf of our client, Camden Group, for their Greystone Unit.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful manufacturing business and become part of a dedicated production team. Working with both recycled and new materials, you will play an important role in the production process, helping to manufacture high-quality uPVC windows and doors while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Pay: £13.91 per hour
Start Date: Monday to Friday | 3:15pm – 12:00am
Start Date: Monday 17th August

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and be prepared at your workstation for the start of each shift
  • Follow production processes and procedures accurately
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify and resolve faults or errors where possible
  • Report machinery, equipment, or product issues to the Production Supervisor
  • Carry out tasks confidently and competently following training and sign-off
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and colleagues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in performance and productivity
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
  • Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required
