Full-Time General Operatives – Evening Shift

£13.91 per hour

Are you looking for a full-time role with excellent hours, no weekend work and full training provided? We are currently recruiting General Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team on a fixed evening shift.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a modern production environment manufacturing high-quality uPVC windows and doors.

Shift Pattern

🕒 Monday to Wednesday: 5:00pm – 2:30am
🕒 Thursday: 5:00pm – 10:15pm
🕒 Friday: 2:00pm – 11:30pm

The Role

As a General Operative, you’ll play an important part in the production process, working alongside a supportive team to manufacture quality products while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency and workmanship.

Key Duties

• Following production processes and company procedures
• Operating safely within a manufacturing environment
• Identifying and reporting faults or production issues
• Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
• Working closely with supervisors and colleagues
• Following all health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement and productivity targets
