Job Summary: The Level 3 Industrial Staff position requires individuals to undertake a variety of duties that involve supervision, training, providing advice and guidance to the public. In this role, interpretative and discretionary skills are crucial, and it is essential to operate within the written or verbal parameters and policies established by the organization. The work demands competence, coordination, craftsmanship, precision, and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hostel.
• Interact with tenants, providing assistance, information, and support as needed.
• Conduct health and safety checks to ensure the well-being of residents.
• Be available for on-call duties after 5 pm and on weekends.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong interpretative and discretionary skills.
• Ability to work within organizational parameters and policies.
• Competence, coordination, and craftsmanship in industrial tasks.
• Precision and speed, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
