We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy public sector team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to further develop their resourcing and recruitment experience within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

📍 Belfast

💷 £16.90 per hour

⏰ 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

📅 Temporary Contract (Maternity Cover)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of employee resourcing and recruitment activities.
• Assist in providing a professional, responsive HR service to managers and employees.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment processes.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support organisational objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

Essential Criteria

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (Associate Level) or equivalent.
• Previous experience working within a Human Resources environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
