Job Title: Import/Export Administrator
Location: Blackwood
Salary: £23,000 per annum

Hours: Full time. Monday – Friday days regular

Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting an Import/Export Administrator to work for a company based in Blackwood

Main Job Roles:

• Provide freight forwarders with clearance instructions for inbound raw materials
• Check import entry documents tie to the clearance instructions provided
• Speak with freight forwarders to understand blocking issues for inbound raw materials
• Prepare export shipping paperwork for customer units, raw material sales and miscellaneous shipments
• Perform system transactions to clear shipped items from the business system
• Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange collection of units
• Provide admin support to the shipping team including the download of outbound photos from the team camera
• Other ad-hoc duties relevant to the position as requested by the manager/supervisor.

Required experience

• Strong organization skills with attention to detail are essential.
• Previous Admin experience is essential
• Previous Import/Export experience is desirable
• The individual must possess good communication skills by telephone
• Must be able to process paperwork effectively and handle multiple priorities.
