The Recruitment Co are delighted to be recruiting a Production Operative on behalf of our client based just outside of Perth.

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £10.82 per hour

Location: Outskirts of Perth (Own transport required)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm

Your responsibilities as a Production Operative will include…

• Inspection of the final product in the picking area to ensure it meets customer’s specifications.
• Packing bags in boxes reading for shipment.
• Putting together cardboard boxes and lids.
• Labelling finished goods.
• Ensuring that all data is appropriately entered and documentation is turned in to the shift leader at the completion of shift.
• Maintain a neat and tidy workspace at all times.

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative …

• Previous experience working in food production, however this isn’t required as full training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Must have a driver’s licence.
