The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Permanent Team Leader in Middleton M24.

Job description:

• Reporting to the Assistant Shift Leader / Shift Leader
• Managing a small group of operatives (up to 5) A good team player
• Operating a Press Machine
• Understanding work orders and completing them accurately
• Quality conscious, liaising with the company’s QC team
• Working against KPI’s

What you need:

• Ability to influence a positive impact on KPI’s
• Understanding machine cycle times, press coverage, labour.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Must be able to work 3 shifts rotating 6-2,10-6 nights,2-10.
• To be intelligent, punctual, self-motivated, and positive.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader in a production/ machine operative environment.

What you get in return:

Salary : £26,363 per year

Shift Pattern: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 06:00 rotating shift, Monday -Friday

This is a permanent position so you will be working directly for the client.
