Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Wellington, Somerset
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday- Thursday 07.30-16.30 Friday 07.30-12.30

Our very well established client in Wellington, Somerset have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join their team on a permanant basis.

As a member of the Engineering & Development team you will be responsible for the day- to-day management and development of new product projects.

Day to day this may encompass:

• Driving new projects from conception to completion
• Discussions with their Business Development Managers and Production Team to ensure the business and their customer needs are clearly met
• General problem solving activities to support continual improvement efforts.
• Inputting information on their various customers quality part acceptance systems

For this role you will need to preferably have:

• An engineering based education or be able to show equivalent experience
• Be computer literate
• Be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and repeat ability
• An awareness of general problem solving methodology and techniques.
• Experience of CAD systems, engineering drawings, tool design and project management
