Recycling Operative
Thornton/Fleetwood area
This is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidates.
Our client is looking for process operatives to join their team. The role will involve working on a production line picking specific recyclable and non-recyclable materials from the belt and placing them in the correct container.
There will need to be a little flexibility but the role is essentially sorting the waste in the MRF, (material recovery facility), and helping to clean and tidy the whole area.The role is predominantly standing and reaching for items to remove or walking around cleaning as required. There is heavy lifting involved.

Applicants are required to take a drug and alcohol test on induction
Hours:
Rotating shift
6am – 2pm Monday-Friday and 2pm – 10pm Monday-Friday
Pay rate:
Basic: £10.42 with an opportunity to work overtime
