We are currently recruiting for a full time fixed term contract with a well known credit service provider,

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Customer Service
? Screen and interview clients by telephone to compile information regarding
breach/fraud and/or identity theft
? Examine and analyse information to determine the severity of the fraud, breach and/or identity theft
? Exercises independent judgment in setting priorities to ensure that deadlines and due dates are met
? Provide professional and courteous customer service and expert assistance to clients and victims of a breach/fraud and/or identity theft

£28,000 equivalent salary
3 months fixed term
Mon to Fri 8:30am-5pm shifts
37.5 hours per week
FULLY REMOTE – equipment provided

Candidates must be fluent in Greek & English written and spoken

Must have experience in contact centre or fraud
