We are currently seeking a full-time Temporary Administrator for our Public Sector Client in the Lisburn. The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail and be able to work off their own initiative. Candidates should also have experience in customer service/purchasing and logistics

This role is full-time 37.5 hours Mon-Fri

Rate of pay £11.67 per hour

Duties include:

1. Operating PC with various software packages to ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided to both Trust professionals and clients of the Community Equipment and continence service.

2. Liaison with professional staff e.g. Occupational Therapist, District Nursing to ensure information on system is up to date and accurate.

3. Schedule and co-ordinate the delivery and collection of both community equipment and continence products to ensure maximisation of vehicle runs.

4. Dealing with members of the public either at the counter or via telephone, ensuring that their product request/issues are dealt with in a courteous and timely manner.

Essential Criteria: Must be demonstrated on CV

• • 12 Month’s relevant experience ,Experience should be in a customer service/purchasing and logistics environment with regular use of patient administration computer systems and order processing computer systems.
  • Five GCSE’s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A* to C) OR equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher qualifications.
  • All applicants must have one year’s experience working with Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel and Outlook or similar
