Our client, A Large public sector organisation, are looking for a Staff Officer to join their team.
Duration: 25/03/2026 with possible extension
Rate of pay: £19.59
Location: Belfast

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake background research and analysis to inform policy options and recommendations
-
Assist in developing action plans as part of specific programme workstreams and coordinate inputs
-
Contribute to evaluation frameworks and monitor performance frameworks
-
Support stakeholder engagement, including preparing materials for working groups, consultations or other cross-departmental meetings
-
Initial drafting, background research, etc. of ministerial submissions, and responses to correspondence
-
Record management to include filing/review of stored material;
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above.
- Proficient in the use of IT applications, in particular Microsoft Office.
You will be required to provide documentary evidence of your qualifications
