Sub Assembly Welder

We have an opportunity within our Daventry based client for x2 Experienced Sub Assembly Welders on a permanent basis.

8 hour shifts

Monday – Friday. 8am – 4pm each day.

To be considered for this position you will have experience working in a production environment preferably in the automotive industry.You will also need to have the ability to work with minimum supervision, although training and support is onsite when required.

Duties include

• Work in accordance with Health Safety processes.
• Use MIG and/or TIG welding equipment to manufacture parts and assemblies to meet client SLA requirements.
• Preparation and setup of tools and equipment in support of the welding activity.
• Preparation of parts for welding.
• Support Works order and process tracking via shop floor data capture systems and the company wide ERP system.
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

• At least 3-6 years experience in MIG/TIG welding or/& college course or qualification in welding
• Ability to commute to Daventry for the role 5 days per week on a permanent basis.
