The likely candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with an energetic, problem-solving attitude, have a year or more relevant experience or be a graduate that has served a relevant internship. A hunger and determination to get sales is essential.
The main objective of the role is to assist in finding, reviewing and pursuing potential business opportunities through telesales and telemarketing to support the company achieve the ambitious growth targets.
Other duties will include:
- CRM system and database management
- Participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organisations as required.
The essential requirements are:
- Telesales experience
- Fluency in spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Hunger for sales growth
- Communication and strong IT skills
- Numerical skills/KPI driven
- Good teamwork skills
- Initiative and the ability to work proactively
Training courses and coaching provided in-house. Starting salary £22,000 plus results driven bonus scheme. Opportunity to join company profit share scheme following successful probation.
Job Type: Full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/ week
