Our client is currently looking for Trainee Printing Operatives. They will start off as temporary roles and a permanent role would be offered to the successful candidates.

Trainee Printing Operatives required

Blackpool FY4

£10.42 per hour

Hours for Trainee Printing Operatives are 37.5 hours per week

Rotating shifts – 6am – 2pm week 1, 2pm – 10pm week 2 – Monday – Friday

We also have night shifts available – 10pm – 6am Sunday – Thursday

We are seeking to attract ambitious production operatives who are keen to learn a trade in the printing industry and become Printing Operatives. Our client offers trainees a comprehensive training and development plan, which charts your journey from entry level printer through to skilled printer. During your training period you will be continually assessed; you will learn key printing skills; and how to work to quality standards and deadlines to ensure that all orders meet internal quality standards, resulting in zero issues at the packing stage. Communication is key, you will learn to identify quality issues early and escalate where appropriate in a timely manner.

• 20 days holiday, increasing annually by 1 day after 2 year’s service, to a maximum of 25 days, plus statutory Bank Holidays.
