The Recruitment Co has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Clackmannanshire based client on a permanent basis.

This role is perfect for someone who really wants to grow with the company and is keen to implement ideas that will get the business to the next level.

Your main duties will include:

• Managing the team in the warehouse, communicating clearly and leading by example.
• Training new processes to existing members of the team.
• Stock Control and Inventory Management
• Managing the shipping process.
• Use the Warehouse Management System
• Organising and maintaining stock and maximising the use of storage space.
• Order picking and packing to service production
• Ensuring documentation/trackers are up to date and contributing ideas for improvement
• Shipping Orders and managing the process from start to finish
• Maintain all files in the warehouse to adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
• Present new ideas and implement changes in the warehouse.

You must be a natural team player who leads by example positively and responsibly. You will be comfortable using ERP or warehouse management systems and able to investigate and resolve any incorrect data efficiently. You will lead from the front with positive energy and be keen to share new ideas.
