How to score an ace at work?

How to score an ace at work?.

It’s only Wednesday and already this week has served us up a right treat – Wimbledon! That’s right, this week brings with it the second week of Wimbledon – where the world’s best tennis athletes are absolutely acing it (excuse the pun).

Following the mantra of the world’s best athletes, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to put together a schedule for you that, if you stick to, will mean you’ll have no trouble at all scoring a few aces of your own at work.

It’s all about preparation, exercise, and recording that success.

Now then, new balls, please.

6:30 am – Wake up.

Sleep is important – It sets the foundation of the day, so make sure you’re getting 7-9 hours a night.

7:00 am – Eat a healthy breakfast high in healthy fats and proteins.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day – enough said.

7:30 am – Pre-work exercise.

Daily exercise improves your work performance, so getting some in before work is vital.

9:00 am – Set a work schedule.

Make sure you complete your hardest or most mundane task first – the rest of the day will be easier to handle this way.

11:00 am – Swing by and socialise with a colleague / have a high protein snack.

Socialising and taking short breaks are key to keeping your mind positive and energy levels up.

12:00 pm – Go outside for lunch & exercise.

Again, no matter what work you do, take short breaks throughout the day as they’re important, and remember to exercise to improve your work performance.

5:00 pm – Leave at a reasonable time.

Self-explanatory.

8:00 pm – Record your day’s successes.

Whether that’s in your diary or on your laptop, make sure you finish the day on a positive note by recording your daily achievements.

10:00 pm – Sleep.

and repeat.

Now then, go out and smash today, there’s no need for a second serve!
