Main Duties:

• To support the implementation and delivery of the research management and governance system and follow procedures related to the administration of individual projects.
• To assist the Research Manager in the continuous development of the research management and governance system
• throughout the Trust.
• Maintain the EDGE Database and other information systems as required.
• To assist the Research Manager in developing the EDGE
• Database and other information systems as required.

To organise and facilitate Research Committee meetings. Including:

• Agreeing dates
• Booking venues
• Ordering refreshments
• Taking apologies
• Compiling and distributing agendas to all members
• Prepare papers and reports
• Taking and distributing formal minutes

Qualifications/ Experience:

HNC / HN D or equivalent / higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years experience in a clerical / administrative role

OR

4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English or English
Language (excluding English Literature) or equivalent / higher qualification AND 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role

OR

3 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role
Experience in the use of Microsoft office products including Word and Excel
