The Recruitment Co are delighted to be recruiting for a Permanent Agricultural Bus Driver / Farm Worker for our client based in Laurencekirk.

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent
Location: Laurencekirk
Working Hours: Up to 60 Hours per week
Pay: Depending on experience – To be discussed during interview

Duties
To transport workers in the morning and afternoon to various sites – Using a Double Decker Bus or a Mini Bus
Be responsible for organizing gathering stations and fields in advance before people arrive at the workplace
General farm work: During the winter months (December – February), your tasks may include tidying up all fields, tractor work, and helping other managers in different departments, such as the tunnel team or irrigation.
Ensure the lunch gazebo (benches, tables, rubbish bags, etc.) is ready to use.
Ensure toilets are available, and loaded with toilet paper, soap, hand sanitiser, and water. Mark the smoking area with a designated cigarette butt bin

Requirements
Has the right to work in the UK
A clean driving license with category D.
Accustomed to physical jobs and heavy lifting.
Basic English
The ability to organize your time and workload.
The ability to work in a multinational team.
Work well under pressure.
