Bakery Operative Position:
Pay: £10.42p/h

We are looking for Bakery Operatives/Production Operatives to join a well established worldwide organisation, here in the centre of Evesham.
We are recruiting for a long-standing Client. The company works to produce a large quantity of delicious sweet treats, baking products and dry ingredients which are then delivered worldwide.
They are currently searching for hardworking and committed individuals to help them in their project to produce outstanding levels of service to their clients and continue their hard-earned reputation as a leading supplier of baked products to the UK baking industry, food services and the retail cafe sector. Key Characteristics for the Bakery/Production Operative

• Able to follow all company health and safety regulations
• Maintain the high standards of production
• Hard working and focused on achieving the company targets
• Strong understanding of English and maths
• Understand the importance to detail high standards of quality
• Production operative experience is preferable
• Proactive attitude to work
• Flexible with shifts

Roles are available in both the bakery and dry departments The role will involve physical work: mixing, baking, chilling, packing, icing baked goods and operating heavy machinery
Shifts available for the Production/Bakery Operative is
6am to 2pm
