Our public sector client seeks a Temporary Ongoing Clerical Officer based in Craigavon. This role will be working in Pre Op
Hours of work Mon-Fri 9am- 5 (37.5 hours per week)
Rate of pay £11.45 per hour
Duties include:
- Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
- Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required.
- Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
- Telephone duties.
- Customer service.
Essential Criteria
4 GCSEs to include Maths and English
1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role
IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency
