Newforge Belfast – Full time 37hrs – Temporary three month position
Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Financial Projects team and assist the timely delivery of the Finance System project – AFBI will onboard to new system provider in early October2025.
Analysis of data in current financial systems to match and map across to existing data held in a new platform by new system provider.
Perform cleansing and validation activities to prepare data in current financial systems for migration to a new platform during 2025/26.
Assist existing Finance teams with necessary financially related tasks in preparation for onboarding to new financial platform
Perform accurate and timely minute taking activities for meetings.
Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support the onboarding process to a new financial platform
Experience and Qualifications
Some knowledge of accountancy data(accountancy undergraduate would be ideal) and/or of manipulating large volumes of financial data
Excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Teams, Power Query
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders
