URGENT AND INTERIM FULLY BILINGUAL FRENCH/ENGLISH HR MANAGER – BUSINESS CRITICAL AND URGENT ROLE! – PARIS BASED

Working for a global leader who really is at the head of its game in terms of innovation and technology, you’ll be required to work on an initial 12 months fixed basis.

With the Head Office of this subsidiary based in Paris, there may be a need for you to travel across France, the UK and Italy in order to ensure that all aspects of a workforce are managed further to an large internal restructure.

You’ll be familiar with all French employee legislation, and you’ll be an expert in handling union/workforce legalities for multiple scenarios.

You’ll be managing all day to day/BAU aspects of HR on behalf of between 200-300 employees and will be able to converse in both French and English in a bilingual capacity. You may also have knowledge of Employment Law within other European countries including Italy and Spain.

This is a super urgent role, and needs a hands-on, proactive and innovative individual who can report into, and work effectively and closely with Board Members.
