Job Title:

Furniture Surveyor

Location:

North London

Salary:

Up to 40,000 maximum

Hours:

Full time

Do you have a full UK driving licence? Are you comfortable in covering areas across North London? Do you have experience working within the fitted furniture industry?

Job Responsibilities:

• To measure areas accurately to make sure all furniture fits
• To measure client’s equipment to check it all fits furniture
• Complete all paperwork / reports prior to explaining them with client
• Check site access for furniture and vehicles
• Run through furniture content and material samples with client to confirm work to be carried out
• Discuss and agree any changes needed due to room size
• Return paperwork including signed documents to the office
• Discuss any changes needed with the Sales team if required

The Person:

• Experience within the fitted furniture industry (however, previous surveying experience in this industry is not essential as full product training will be given)
• Understanding of geographical areas to cover
• Full, clean driving licence
• Well presented at all times
• Good communication with clients and company departments
• Ability to work autonomously and to a high standard
• I.T. literate
• Good measuring skills.
