We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior IT Support Administrator to join our client in Lisburn

The Role :
- You will be responsible for providing IT support to our clients team
- Monitor and resolve any IT issues
- Assist with desktop support
- Provide excellent customer service through troubleshooting skills
- Perform regular checks including backups and status checks
- Assist with the roll out of new equipment , including onboarding and offboarding staff
Essential requirements:
- GCSE Maths & English, Grade C or above
- Hold IT A Level or BTEC Equivalent
- 1 years experience within an IT Role
- Technical and IT Skills ; preferably in database management and spreadsheets
Desirable criteria:
- Sage, MRP, DriveWorks, SolidWorks, Bartender experience
- Experience working on IT projects
