We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior IT Support Administrator to join our client in Lisburn

The Role :
  • You will be responsible for providing IT support to our clients team
  • Monitor and resolve any IT issues 
  • Assist with desktop support 
  • Provide excellent customer service through troubleshooting skills
  • Perform regular checks including backups and status checks
  • Assist with the roll out of new equipment , including onboarding and offboarding staff
 
Essential requirements:
  • GCSE Maths & English, Grade C or above
  • Hold IT A Level or BTEC Equivalent
  • 1 years experience within an IT Role
  • Technical and IT Skills ; preferably in database management and spreadsheets
Desirable criteria:
  • Sage, MRP, DriveWorks, SolidWorks, Bartender experience
  • Experience working on IT projects
