Job Title: Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Newport office based
Salary: £24,000
Hours: Full time permanent covering either 8-4 or 9-5 (on a rota basis) Mon – Fri.
Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently looking for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
This is a permanent and full time position.
To be considered for this job you must speak fluent Spanish (native is a preference)
The main purpose of the job will be to deal with custom queries over the phone from customers in Spain. 20% of this job will involve dealing with UK customers so fluent English is also essential
Main Job roles:
- Answering inbound calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Taking and placing orders
- Updating internal systems
- Dealing with any general account queries
- Prioritizing workflow tasks
- Processing orders
- Arranging deliveries
- Dealing with invoices
Required experience
- Fluent in Spanish essential
- Fluent in English essential
- Able to speak French is desirable but not essential
- Good problem solver
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
